The BCAC needs no introductions. Now in it's 7th year it is the biggest and best carp angling competition there is, and everyone who match fishes for carp wants to get their name on the very sought after crown of British Champions.

Korda's Danny Fairbrass and Damian Clarke lifted the trophy last year in their first year of fishing together, and Korda also hoisted the team title as they swept the board. They are back on board again as our sponsors this year and once again the finals will be televised on Sky Sports in a one hour long programme to be aired shortly after the finals in September next year.

As usual there will be individuals event where you team up with a partner and fish an eliminator round to qualify for the finals. Each eliminator has 12 pairs fishing and the top two go pairs through to the finals. Win the finals and fame, fortune and some cracking prizes come winging your way. For the team title three pairs join together and register as a team. This can be any three pairs and it is not restricted to tackle manufacturers. Shops, lakes, web sites or even a group of mates can get together to fish as a team and the team prize is also one that is a really good title to grab.

The finals will be back at the incredibly prolific Nickolls Leisure in Kent next year on the 3rd to the 5th September and there will be in depth fishery focuses and features on the venue in the press throughout the summer.

So how do you enter.

Simply check out the fantastic venues that we have this year, make your choice of venue and date that you would like to fish, fill in the application form and send it along with the entry fee to BCAC HQ and we'll register you in and send you your confirmation.

Last year saw the entry list fill up really quickly so if you are up for having a go this year we would advise that you get in quickly as we only have limited places and they soon sell out.
